MR. BRAD DACUS, ESQ., is the President of The Pacific Justice Institute which he founded in l997 to defend religious liberties and parental rights.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas and then spent the next five years coordinating religious freedom and parental rights cases throughout the western states.  The Pacific Justice Institute today has a network of over a thousand volunteer affiliate attorneys and handles more cases on the West coast than any other organization of its kind.  Because religious freedom and parental rights are under great attack today, Mr. Dacus is a most important speaker for us.  He has been a guest speaker on numerous radio and television programs, including ABC’s “Good Morning America”, “The Today Show”, “CNN”, “Hannity and Colmes”, “News Talk TV”, “NBC News” etc. and has debated against the President of the ACLU, and  the President of “Americans United for Separation of Church and State”. MR. LARRY PRATT has been Executive Director of Gun Owners of America for 29 years. ASSEMBLYMAN RAY HAYNES, a graduate of California Lutheran College and USC Law School, was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980. He organized the Riverside “Committee for No New Taxes” and served as treasurer for “Citizens for Property Rights to Protect our Fifth Amendment Constitutional Guarantees”. As a delegate to the California Republican Convention, he was the Chairman of the Resolutions Committee. He was elected to the California State Legislature in 1992 where he has remained, serving in several different elected positions. He is currently a member of the Assembly Appropriations and Judiciary Committees. In the State Senate he was Chair of the Constitutional Amendments Committee, he was on the Budget and Education Committees and he was responsible for generating Republican analyses for the thousands of bills that reached the Senate floor. This dedicated immigration reform champion publicly supported California’s 1994 Prop 187 and all subsequent initiative efforts with similar goals. He is routinely quoted in newspapers throughout California and is a frequent guest on television and radio news programs.  He is the author and proponent of the California Border Police Initiative.
